Dubai’s residential real estate market continues to attract large-scale institutional investment, with another significant project announced this week in one of the city’s most connected residential corridors.
Dubai Holding Asset Management has announced an investment of $185 million (AED 680 million) for Lantana Hills, a new residential project in Dubai Science Park, Al Barsha South, comprising 390 private townhouses across 3 and 4-bedroom family configurations.
The development’s location positions it well for family occupiers. Dubai Hills Mall is within 10 minutes, Mall of the Emirates within 15 minutes, Dubai Mall approximately 20 minutes, and Al Maktoum International Airport approximately 25 minutes away.
What distinguishes this project beyond scale is its construction methodology. AMANA, the appointed main contractor, will deploy modular construction technologies to deliver the community, with approximately 85 percent of construction completed off-site, reducing material waste by up to 30 percent and improving on-site safety by more than 70 percent compared to traditional methods.
Lantana Hills has also achieved LEED for Cities and Communities: Plan and Design — Silver Precertification, with full certification currently in progress. Handover is scheduled for the second half of 2027.
