Ellington Properties has announced the launch of Soto Grande, a new residential project in Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah. This marks the Dubai-based developer’s first venture into the northern emirates, as Ras Al Khaimah continues to grow into one of the UAE’s fastest-rising property markets.
