Dubai is set to make global exhibition history as Gulfood 2026 becomes the first trade show to operate simultaneously across two massive venues. Running from January 26-30, 2026, the world’s largest annual food and beverage event will span both the Dubai World Trade Centre and the newly expanded Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai.
Unprecedented Scale and Growth
This landmark edition represents a remarkable 100% expansion, with over 280,000 square metres of completely sold-out exhibition space. The event brings together 8,500+ exhibitors from 195 countries, showcasing 1.5 million products across the global food and beverage ecosystem. The dual-venue format marks the inaugural activation of the $2.7 billion upgraded Dubai Exhibition Centre, cementing the emirate’s position as the world’s leading hub for mega-scale business events.
New Sectors and Innovation Hubs
Gulfood 2026 introduces five groundbreaking sectors, including Gulfood Fresh, Gulfood Logistics, and Gulfood Grocery Trade. These additions reflect growing demand for fresh produce, global logistics solutions, and resilient food supply chains. Major industry players, including DP World, Maersk, MSC, Fresh Del Monte, and Unifrutti, have confirmed participation in the logistics and fresh food segments.
The Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City will anchor the World Food and Rice, Pulses and Grains sectors, while the Dubai World Trade Centre hosts Beverages, Dairy, Fats & Oils, Meat & Poultry, Power Brands, and Seafood. Additionally, Gulfood Startups will feature over 250 food-tech innovators, investors, and emerging brands from 30+ countries.
India Takes Center Stage
India has been named the Official Country Partner for Gulfood 2026, represented by APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority). The country will deliver its largest-ever presence with 600+ exhibitors, including leading brands such as Amul, Everest, MDH, Mother Dairy, and Rasna. This reflects India’s F&B market growth projection of 12.4% CAGR through 2028.
Strategic Timing and Market Opportunity
The event comes as the global food and beverage market accelerates toward $11.37 trillion by 2030, with the MENA region recording the world’s fastest F&B growth rate. Gulfood 2026 concentrates global supply and demand into a five-day trading window, positioning Dubai as the global headquarters of the connected, intelligent food economy.
With 40% first-time exhibitors and the largest national participation ever from major producing markets including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the USA, Gulfood 2026 delivers unprecedented scale, strategic networking opportunities, and commercially meaningful connections for stakeholders across the entire global food value chain.
