Property registration process in Dubai goes more simpler

Simple and faster ways of property registration are being decided and implemented followed by a partnership between Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Emirates NBD easing the processes involved in financial services. The agreement focusses on increasing the customer service experience. Registration of property deals made outside UAE and creating new financial services within UAE are the two areas where the DLD and Emirates NBD will focus more. DLD aims at simplification of processes to enhance trust and reputation of Dubai in real estate sector worldwide. The services will be provided with digitally improved procedures in Dubai real estate.
