UAE and Moldova Agree on Visa‑Free Travel

The UAE and the Republic of Moldova have officially approved a reciprocal visa exemption agreement, allowing citizens of both countries to travel to one another without a visa. This applies to holders of diplomatic, service, special, and ordinary passports. Each side can stay for up to 90 days within any 180‑day period

UAE citizens will gain full access to Moldova under this arrangement—permits that, until now, UAE passport holders previously enjoyed only under modest bilateral recognition—but now formally enshrined

This visa waiver signals a strengthening of ties between the UAE and Moldova, opening avenues for greater economic, cultural, academic, and commercial exchanges between both nations.
