The UAE government announced the holidays for the Eid Al Fitr from Thursday, March 19 to Sunday, March 22 2026.
With a four-day-long weekend, here is a curated list of activities you can do with this time off.
- Connect with nature at Dubai Miracle Gardens
Dubai Miracle Gardens are granting free entry to all Emirates ID holders from March 15 to March 31.
After officially reopening in September 2025 for a 14th season, the park now features more than 150 million flowers across 72,000 square meters. As one of the world’s largest natural flower gardens, it contains themed installations, massive sculptures and serves as an excellent outing for families.

- Spend a musical evening at City Walk
From March 19-21, City Walk in Jumeirah will be hosting plenty of live entertainment and activities from 5pm-10pm.
Across the three days, visitors can expect workshops, henna designs, photobooths, and live-music from regional artists including Maribel Maalouf, Suzi Ghanem, and Rita Mikhael each evening.
Visitors can enjoy candle-making, mosaic workshops, and board games. An AI photobooth will let guests capture memories and take them home.
